Did you know that most guests make up their mind as to whether they will apply to a BNI chapter within the first 15 minutes of their arrival to a BNI meeting. The visitor’s experience is one of the most important factors in determining whether your chapter will grow or not. Jenni Butz, Director of US CORE Training and Sales Execution, will help us to improve our ability to make our visitors’ experience a positive one. This training is recommended for all BNI members and Directors.
